Pink with a hint of gilt

elle decor so chic

Recognise this room? It’s Candace Bushnell’s house in ‘So Chic’, and it was possibly my favourite pic in the book. I love the ice blue walls as a backdrop for all the pink - pink leather pouffe, coral pink rug, the pink spines of (I’m guessing) her books. And of course, who wouldn’t love that gilded pink velvet chaise? Absolutely gorgeous!
