It feels like I’ve been away from the blog and from ‘real life’ in general for quite awhile - and it has been more than a week! I had a lovely and very busy week in Sydney last week and made it home just in time to see our middle child start Prep. (Very exciting, very nerve-wracking and a little bit sad).
In between checking on projects and meetings with clients new and old I had a wonderful time catching up with my sister, eating too much good food, a little bit of antique shopping and a lot of clothes shopping! At home I never pass by an antique or junk shop but for some reason rarely find the time to shop for clothes - I think it’s mainly because I often have a toddler with me who will not wait patiently while mummy tries things on…
And of course my trip coincided with the trade fairs on in Sydney, so I spent an enjoyable couple of hours looking at lots of lovely things (and mentally creating lots of lovely combinations for future projects!).
This is just a teeny tiny snapshot of the goods- you’re not allowed to take photos inside and I haven’t gone through my notes yet to see what else I might be able to use down the track!
Anyway it’s good to be back,
Naomi xx
