It feels like I’ve been away from the blog and from ‘real life’ in general for quite awhile – and it has been more than a week! I had a lovely and very busy week in Sydney last week and made it home just in time to see our middle child start Prep. (Very exciting, very nerve-wracking and a little bit sad).
In between checking on projects and meetings with clients new and old I had a wonderful time catching up with my sister, eating too much good food, a little bit of antique shopping and a lot of clothes shopping! At home I never pass by an antique or junk shop but for some reason rarely find the time to shop for clothes – I think it’s mainly because I often have a toddler with me who will not wait patiently while mummy tries things on…
And of course my trip coincided with the trade fairs on in Sydney, so I spent an enjoyable couple of hours looking at lots of lovely things (and mentally creating lots of lovely combinations for future projects!).
This is just a teeny tiny snapshot of the goods- you’re not allowed to take photos inside and I haven’t gone through my notes yet to see what else I might be able to use down the track!
Anyway it’s good to be back,
Naomi xx

Great to have you back, Naomi. Those rugs and lanterns look fantastic xx
Lovely to have you back on board. I missed clicking on one of my favourite sites and reading and seeing what you have for us. Glad you had a great trip, busy and all as it was. Hopefully with children settled in school you can relax a bit, or maybe not?? xx
