I live in Hopetoun Park, (Bacchus Marsh) (http://www.realestate.com.au/buy/property-land-in-hopetoun+park%2c+vic+3340/list-1?includeSurrounding=false&persistIncludeSurrounding=true&source=refinements) and there's still land for sale. It depends how far out you're willing to travel. Despite being only 40-50mins drive from Melbourne (plus V line) with easy access to..... most destinations via freeway (including Geelong foreshore and Daylesford); the town has kept it's country feel and still has larger blocks for sale.... .....
