Also, there’s something pleasing about the symmetry of two single beds with a shared table in between.
Note the styling techniques employed here (above) to tie the two beds together; the striped rug running cross-ways to ‘connect’ the space, and the framed prints placed close together rather than directly above each bed.
This room (above) goes for height; tall matching black bedheads, a tall central lamp and ‘face’ plates hung vertically above the beds.
Sometimes single beds are the best way to work with tricky spaces, like this green and pink bedroom (above). A large bed would have cut off one of the windows, but the twin singles fit perfectly. Love that geometric rug and the green ikat blinds with pink trim!
Symmetry is magic (above). I like all these elements: black faux-bamboo bedheads, striped rug, x-benches and all that blue and white!
The gorgeous purple Madeline Weinrib rug ties this purple and white room together.
Have a Happy Tuesday!

I’m re-decorating my daughter’s bedroom and have been looking for inspiration! I’m thinking something along the lines of the pink and green room would suit her – thank you for this! By the way do you know where I can get fabrics like those? Thanks x
