My name is Naomi and I have a passion for all things decorating, home design, real estate, architecture and gardens. I am a wife, mother, former lawyer and journalism graduate-turned-interior decorator. My decorating business, Naomi Freier Interiors, is based in Melbourne Australia. Everywhere I look I find inspiration for a beautiful home and way of living, and this blog is my way of sharing that inspiration with you, as well as documenting my decorating work and home projects.

Amazing before and afters

I’m sure there isn’t a person alive who doesn’t like seeing a good ‘before’ and ‘after’ room. I know it’s right up there with my favourite things! I came across these fantastic laundry makeovers over at Design Sponge. I just think they are amazing – what new paint or wallpaper can do! In particular I love the first makeover; the green chinoiserie wallpaper (of course), and the framed Chanel print. Reminds me that my own laundry is still waiting for its makeover, almost two years after we moved in!
